Cybersecurity Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead for cybersecurity risk and compliance engagements, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, timelines, and quality
• Own and drive the execution of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business, technology, and security stakeholders
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, control effectiveness reviews, compliance activities, and risk treatment initiatives
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and management discussions
• Review and validate key deliverables, reports, and recommendations for executive presentation
• Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance practices
• Mentor and support consultants and junior team members

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs
• Experience within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience leading large-scale cybersecurity risk and compliance programs in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and concurrent workstreams
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments
