Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team from lead qualification through deal closure by providing technical expertise.
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements, security challenges, and compliance needs.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with high-quality technical proposals and solution architectures.
• Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions including network security, endpoint, IAM, SOC, and cloud security.
• Develop architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with Saudi regulatory requirements such as NCA, SAMA, and CST.
• Act as a trusted security advisor and support proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2–3 years in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Network & Perimeter Security, Endpoint & EDR/XDR, SIEM & SOC, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM, and Vulnerability Management/GRC.
• Experience with leading vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker is a must.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with enterprise or government sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft, AWS).
