Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to closure
• Engage with customers to understand business and cybersecurity requirements
• Deliver technical presentations, solution briefings, and product demonstrations
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Design cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs and budgets
• Develop solution architectures, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and technical evaluations
• Act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant for partners and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
• Strong knowledge of Network & Perimeter Security (Firewalls, IPS, VPN)
• Proficiency in Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOC solutions
• Understanding of Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM, and Vulnerability Management
• Fluent English and Native Arabic language skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing role
• Security certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or CISM
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco)
