Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity requirements implementation for IT systems and Bosch products
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and coordinate security communications within the team
• Act as first point of contact for cybersecurity issues, changes, vulnerabilities, and incidents
• Scope and execute penetration tests across web, mobile, and infrastructure environments
• Prepare reports, recommend improvements, and support security audits and awareness training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong communication, networking, and project coordination skills
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
• Knowledge of incident response, risk management, and vulnerability management
• Experience with web, mobile, cloud, and network security concepts
• Hands-on penetration testing skills with Burp Suite, Nessus, OpenVAS, Metasploit, and Nmap
• Python and Bash scripting skills
• Linux and Windows operating system proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• CEH, OSCP, or CompTIA Security+ certification
• Knowledge of secure software development, cryptography, IAM, and security architecture
• Experience with Android and iOS application penetration testing
