Cybersecurity IT Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between technical service owners, business stakeholders, and clients
• Gather and structure business needs into projects and programmes
• Maintain and improve the Service Catalogue for cybersecurity and infrastructure
• Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
• Lead projects related to service implementation and ITSM tool integration
• Manage procurement processes, contract lifecycles, and vendor management
• Contribute to the implementation and maturity of ITIL/ITSM processes
• Produce structured technical and functional documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Management
• Proven experience in IT service management and project/programme delivery
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains (app sec, infra sec, risk, compliance)
• Solid experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework
• Experience with Service Catalogue management and CMDB integration
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like PRINCE2 or PM2
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• ITIL Foundation or higher certifications
