Cybersecurity IAM Architect Fellow

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, and governance of scalable, enterprise-wide IAM solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise IAM reference architecture aligned with Zero Trust, NIST, and cloud security frameworks.
• Design end-to-end solutions supporting SSO, MFA, Identity Federation (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC.
• Architect identity lifecycle processes for workforce, customer, and third-party identities.
• Define the enterprise IAM roadmap, incorporating AI/ML capabilities for risk detection and behavioral analytics.
• Establish IAM standards, patterns, and guardrails for secure access across applications, APIs, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of related IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity or architecture role.
• Strong expertise in Zero Trust, Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), and modern access control models.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and Kerberos.
• Proficiency with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory (AD).
• Subject matter expertise in identity governance and management (IGA) for human and machine identities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or TOGAF.
• Experience integrating IAM with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Background in the payments industry.
• Experience managing IAM within hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
