CyberSecurity Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive technical reviews of all internal platforms and operating systems to ensure technical standards are met
• Review a wide variety of systems based on defined assessment criteria and report on discrepancies
• Liaise with Technical Compliance Experts to discuss assessment findings
• Conduct regular evaluations of system compliance across multiple audits to identify deviations
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand the scope of required testing
• Execute assessments to implement the group Technical Compliance strategy
• Use scripts to log into key systems and test specific attributes
• Gather and update internal documentation regarding technical changes

Requirements

• BTech in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
• 2+ years of experience in system assessment or a similar role
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and databases (Oracle and MSSQL)
• Basic proficiency in PowerShell or Shell scripting for review activities
• Proven experience with ITGC and IT Audits
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
• Ability to educate non-technical audiences on technical compliance and cybersecurity subjects
