Cybersecurity Engineering Manager HVDC

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Cybersecurity Engineering team, including Project Cybersecurity Leads, Engineers, and Risk Assessment Engineers.
• Ensure the team's relevant involvement in all HVDC projects, covering both Customer and R&D activities.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise regarding cybersecurity technology, best practices, laws, standards, and directives.
• Manage the tools and applications required for the team to perform their tasks effectively.
• Participate in project reviews and engage in contractual and legal discussions for ongoing tenders alongside legal specialists.
• Empower and strengthen the team through mentorship and proactive management.

Requirements

• Documented experience in leadership roles, such as Team Leader or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure regulations, such as NIS/NIS2 or NERC-CIP.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity/information security frameworks, including ISO 27001, IEC62443, or NIST CSF.
• Understanding of protective security laws (e.g., Swedish Protective Security Act or UK National Security Act).
• Fluency in English is required for operating in a global environment.
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, collaborative environment.
