Cybersecurity Engineer SME

Responsibilities

• Identify and define applicable security controls and responses for the project
• Review responses and update risks in the cyber risk management platform
• Perform security maintenance, vulnerability analyses, and recommended resolutions
• Maintain system accreditation through guidance, plans, and documentation
• Perform regular audits and review security test results
• Lead technical exchange meetings and application review boards
• Brief management on security status and risk posture

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields
• Experience designing, testing, or implementing IT security architecture
• Experience performing network security analysis
• Experience developing risk management methodologies
• Experience communicating vulnerability results to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• PMP certification
• SAFe Agile Certification
• AWS certification
• Experience with Sponsor entitlement management programs
