Cybersecurity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure product cybersecurity compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 standards and provide production release recommendations.
• Evaluate all project deliverables and R&D activities against ISO/SAE 21434 criteria.
• Analyze client security requirements and ensure products and processes meet specific customer security solutions.
• Manage corrective action plans to ensure compliance with client security mandates.
• Initiate escalation processes if ISO/SAE 21434 objectives are compromised or at risk.
• Provide evidence of compliance regarding ISO/SAE 21434 and specific customer cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with plant teams to follow industrial security guidelines and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with V-Model processes.
• Professional experience within the automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries.
• Advanced proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Technical familiarity with tools such as DOORS, AUTOSAR, Jenkins, Enterprise Architect, or JIRA is preferred.
