Cybersecurity Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the government to develop offensive and defensive cyber capabilities for USCYBERCOM
• Apply intermediate and advanced concepts of cyber engineering and cybersecurity to development and architecture projects
• Maintain knowledge of DOD cybersecurity policies and the Risk Management Framework
• Conduct cybersecurity engineering research, analysis, and implementation of security mechanisms
• Develop cybersecurity documentation, concept papers, and test plans
• Analyze complex information independently and implement recommendations
• Deliver briefings and presentations on complex cybersecurity topics to high-level decision makers
• Provide engineering guidance to Level I and II cybersecurity engineers

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph (Mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Cyberspace Operations Engineer or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• DoD 8140/DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
