Cybersecurity - Cyber Managed Services (Industrials & Energy) - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Managed Security Services across Industrials & Energy accounts
• Partner with Industry and Account Leadership to shape growth strategies and pipeline development
• Build and maintain trusted C-suite and security leadership relationships within priority client accounts
• Lead the identification, shaping, and qualification of MSS opportunities
• Oversee the development of compelling MSS proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Provide senior oversight to ensure high-quality delivery of Managed Security Services engagements
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to cybersecurity thought leadership and market insights

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or technology consulting
• Deep expertise in the Industrials and/or Energy sectors (e.g., Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Mining)
• Strong understanding of Managed Security Services, including SOC operations and threat detection/response
• Proficiency in identity services, vulnerability management, and cloud security
• Proven track record of leading sales growth and large pursuits for recurring services
• Ability to operate at the executive level and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees or certifications like CISSP/CISM are an asset
