Cybersecurity Commercial Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Tender and Commercial teams in analyzing, interpreting, and incorporating client contractual cybersecurity requirements during negotiation phases.
• Verify the achievability of client requirements to ensure alignment with internal cybersecurity standards and governance frameworks.
• Define and validate cybersecurity-related costs for inclusion in bid proposals to ensure accurate budget allocation.
• Prepare and complete cybersecurity questionnaires and documentation requested by clients during tender phases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Privacy, and Project teams, to ensure consistency across the tender lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting compliance with cybersecurity requirements, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Italian (Native or C1) and English (at least B2 level).
• Strong ability to analyze bid documentation and contractual clauses with high attention to detail.
• Capability to prepare clear, structured documentation and accurate cost estimations.
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, or commercial support roles.
• Exposure to tendering, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, or NIST CSF 2.0.
• General interest in and understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
