About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the i-DE Cybersecurity Architecture Model
  • Design secure IT/OT architectures in compliance with ISA/IEC 62443
  • Integrate security requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle (SSDLC)
  • Define security requirements for OT electronic equipment and update technical specifications
  • Perform risk analyses following Iberdrola Group methodology and define mitigating controls aligned with NIST and ISO standards
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Control Systems, and Telecommunications departments
  • Collaborate on automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, or Computer Engineering
  • Postgraduate studies or specific training in cybersecurity
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in secure system design or electronic equipment security
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols such as IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, and Modbus
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT networks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with security solutions such as FW, IDS/IPS, PAM, PKI, SIEM, and IAM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443
  • Knowledge of cloud security standards (CSA, ISO, SOC-2)
  • Experience with virtualization, hyperconvergence, and monitoring infrastructures
