About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the i-DE Cybersecurity Architecture Model
- Design secure IT/OT architectures in compliance with ISA/IEC 62443
- Integrate security requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle (SSDLC)
- Define security requirements for OT electronic equipment and update technical specifications
- Perform risk analyses following Iberdrola Group methodology and define mitigating controls aligned with NIST and ISO standards
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Control Systems, and Telecommunications departments
- Collaborate on automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- University degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, or Computer Engineering
- Postgraduate studies or specific training in cybersecurity
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in secure system design or electronic equipment security
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, and Modbus
- Strong understanding of IT/OT networks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience with security solutions such as FW, IDS/IPS, PAM, PKI, SIEM, and IAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443
- Knowledge of cloud security standards (CSA, ISO, SOC-2)
- Experience with virtualization, hyperconvergence, and monitoring infrastructures
