Cybersecurity Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity architecture framework, policies, and standards
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions into existing infrastructure
• Design and implement security protocols, systems, and mechanisms to safeguard data integrity and privacy
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to security team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions
• Experience with cloud security in AWS or Azure
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Experience with incident response and security operations
• ITIL or TOGAF certification
