About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of CyberArk on-premise solutions.
- Collaborate with government client stakeholders to ensure compliance with security policies and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on CyberArk architecture, best practices, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk components and privileged access workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials for CyberArk operations.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and health monitoring to ensure high availability.
- Work with cross-functional security and infrastructure teams to implement privileged access controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale IT security projects.
- Strong administration and troubleshooting experience with CyberArk modules: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and PTA.
- Hands-on experience with PAM operational tasks, including safe creation, access control, and user provisioning.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI.
- CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry Certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as NIST, FISMA, or FedRAMP.
- CyberArk CDE certification.
- Experience with the SDLC process and software development standards.
- Broad knowledge of information system technologies.
