CyberArk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support CyberArk components to ensure alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform regular health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning of CyberArk services
• Manage password rotation policies, safe configurations, platforms, and the onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts
• Provide day-to-day operational support, incident response, and troubleshooting for CyberArk-related issues
• Monitor logs, system events, and alerts to ensure timely incident detection and resolution
• Partner with infrastructure teams for patching and upgrades across Windows, Linux, network, and cloud environments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting access-related issues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to new processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience
• ITIL v3 or v4 certifications
• Experience with cloud environments and cloud IAM concepts
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
