About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver cyber training programs, exercises, and instructional activities supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.
- Design realistic training scenarios and hands-on learning environments utilizing computer systems, electronics, cellular technologies, and operational networks.
- Support the planning and execution of cyber training events, testing activities, and multidomain training exercises.
- Configure, maintain, and operate Windows and Linux-based systems used in cyber training environments.
- Integrate and support a variety of technologies, including camera systems, ICS/SCADA environments, IoT devices, RF systems, and related operational technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and operational stakeholders to develop training content, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
- Assess participant performance and training effectiveness, providing recommendations for program improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, exercise documentation, and after-action reports.
- Support the operation and sustainment of cyber range and training infrastructure.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Associates degree in a related field.
- Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with computer, electronics, and cellular systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Demonstrated experience with a wide variety of technology including camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.
