Cyber Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase cybersecurity solution features and benefits
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical recommendations for customer requirements
• Design and execute proof of value (PoVs) to validate partner ISV and cyber technology
• Develop customized presentations and technical proposals aligned with customer objectives
• Gather and document technical requirements for cybersecurity solutions
• Stay updated on latest cybersecurity product features and communicate updates to clients
• Conduct competitive analysis to highlight unique value propositions
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to provide customer feedback
• Provide technical training sessions to customers
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and implementation guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role
• Technical expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cloud security
• Knowledge of observability, automation, vulnerability management, and identity management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Experience conducting technical training sessions and workshops
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP or CISM certifications
• Partner ISV or OEM certifications (e.g., Palo Alto)
• Experience working with enterprise clients as an engineer or architect
