Cyber Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vulnerability management processes, including scanning, prioritization, mitigation, and verification
• Configure, maintain, and optimize security scanning tools and systems
• Monitor and analyze vulnerability reports to assess risk and business impact
• Support and implement patch management across various operating systems and applications
• Coordinate with governance, risk, and engineering teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed effectively
• Follow change management processes and contribute to the organization's risk management framework
• Continuously improve security processes and tools to enhance global technology protection

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT
• Experience working in mixed environments, specifically Windows and Linux
• Hands-on experience using vulnerability scanning tools and interpreting technical results
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and risk assessment
• Ability to prioritize issues and make informed, risk-based decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams
