About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and mid-market sales engagements for HP Wolf Security and HP WXP across Singapore and Greater Asia
- Drive software bookings, revenue growth, and pipeline expansion
- Lead complex cybersecurity sales cycles from technical discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Engage CISOs, security architects, and senior IT stakeholders on security posture, risk reduction, and endpoint resilience
- Map customer requirements in endpoint management and digital employee experience to HP security capabilities
- Partner with Solution Architects, Technical Pre-sales, and HP account teams to improve win rates
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales within cybersecurity, endpoint management, or digital employee experience
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity architecture, endpoint security controls, and Zero Trust concepts
- Experience selling to security leaders, IT operations teams, and procurement stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling advanced endpoint security, EDR/XDR, or SaaS security solutions
- Experience working with sales engineers and technical pre-sales teams in complex cycles
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and buyer evaluation criteria
- Experience enabling field teams and building scalable sales plays
- Established network of security and IT decision-makers across Greater Asia
