About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the cybersecurity engineering function in Riyadh
- Manage and mentor technical cybersecurity teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies

- Collaborate with senior management to align security initiatives with business goals
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee incident response and recovery efforts

Requirements

- Strong background in technical team management and leadership

- Senior management experience within a software or technology company
