Cyber Security Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security alerts from ZeroFox, Orca Security, Zilla Security, and Google SecOps
• Investigate alerts, assess risk severity, and determine remediation steps
• Serve as a primary responder for cybersecurity incidents, leading investigation and containment
• Document incidents, root cause analysis, and lessons learned
• Coordinate with IT, Legal, HR, and leadership during active incidents
• Support development and testing of incident response playbooks
• Utilize Orca Security for cloud security posture management and vulnerability oversight
• Monitor and analyze logs within Google SecOps for suspicious activity
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and policy enforcement
• Provide regular reporting on security metrics and risk posture

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and tools like Orca Security
• Understanding of identity governance and access management principles
• Experience responding to cybersecurity incidents
• Experience monitoring SIEM, XDR, or SOC platforms such as Google SecOps
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience with ZeroFox digital risk protection
• Experience in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks
• Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or CEH
