Cyber Security Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client cyber security engagements from assessment through to solution delivery.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of tailored cyber security strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and supervise comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security architecture reviews.
• Advise clients on cyber governance standards and frameworks, including PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security consultants and analysts to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular reporting to client leadership on security posture and risk exposure.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years in a consulting or managerial role.
• Proven track record managing complex security projects and leading technical teams.
• Expertise in risk management, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and security architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business terms.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH.
