Cyber Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with key customers to understand and achieve their cybersecurity initiatives and business objectives.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
• Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through routine Executive Business Reviews.
• Drive platform adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.
• Support customers in operationalizing Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs using platform metrics and insights.
• Function as a primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles, including presenting to C-level executives.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals including hardware, software, databases, networking, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Practical knowledge of security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
• Experience working within public cloud environments.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a jargon-free manner to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science.
