Cyber Security Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the review, development, implementation, and documentation of Information Security and IT policies, procedures, and processes
• Maintain and enhance ISO27001 requirements and adapt IEC62443 requirements for the organization
• Conduct compliance assessments, provide direction on deficiencies, and manage exceptions
• Support the remediation of critical audit findings and interact with internal and external auditors
• Evaluate complex business unit strategies from a cyber security compliance aspect and provide guidance
• Supervise and report on the delivery of the Compliance Framework across MOL Group companies
• Support various Business and Functional Units with their specific information security needs

Requirements

• University or College degree
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance
• Strong background in Information Security Compliance, specifically regarding EU and nation-state regulatory compliance
• Working experience with ISO27001 and IEC62443 standards
• Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor
