About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the review, development, implementation, and documentation of Information Security and IT policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintain and enhance ISO27001 requirements and adapt IEC62443 requirements for the organization.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, provide direction on deficiencies, and manage exceptions.
  • Support the remediation of critical audit findings and interact with internal and external auditors.
  • Evaluate complex business unit strategies from a cyber security compliance aspect and provide guidance.
  • Supervise and report on the delivery of the Compliance Framework across MOL Group companies.
  • Support various Business and Functional Units with their specific information security needs.

Requirements

  • University or College degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compliance.
  • Strong background in Information Security Compliance, specifically regarding EU and nation-state regulatory compliance.
  • Working experience with ISO27001 and IEC62443 standards.
  • Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications.
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor.
