Cyber Security Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and update cybersecurity strategies for the entire banking system
• Establish security policies, procedures, and regulations for data and user security
• Provide security consultancy for system architecture design (Security by Design)
• Perform security assessments on solutions from vendors or internal development teams
• Monitor and analyze security threats via SIEM, SOC, and IDS/IPS systems
• Coordinate incident response, investigation, and remediation efforts
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (SBV, Decree 53, Circular 09) and international standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST)
• Implement security awareness training programs for employees and developers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
• Experience with security systems such as Firewall, SIEM, DLP, IAM, PAM, MDM, and Endpoint Security
• Experience in incident response, risk assessment, and security models for core banking, cloud, or hybrid systems
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning, log analysis, and security monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of cyber attack techniques (malware, phishing, DDoS, SQL injection, etc.)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 are a major advantage
• Ability to use technical English for reading documentation and international standards
