Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Protect IT and OT environments by investigating cybersecurity events and incidents
• Manage vulnerability remediation across systems and assets to reduce security weaknesses
• Operate and maintain the Information Security issue and risk register within the ISMS
• Monitor compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory obligations
• Utilize security tooling including SIEM, EDR, and NDR to perform analysis and investigations
• Collaborate with external Security Operations Centre (SOC) providers to validate alerts and improve response
• Provide risk-based reporting on security posture and control effectiveness to stakeholders

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a similar cyber security role
• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an inquisitive mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
