Cyber Security Analyst 3

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Information Systems.
• Perform all ISSO duties and responsibilities in accordance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and U.S. Navy Policy.
• Assist with the handling of security events and incidents, including triage, remediation, and documentation.
• Lead Cyber Security Working Group meetings and other contractually required sessions.
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), NIST SP 800-37, and DoD Information Assurance processes.
• Provide periodic self-assessments to Government System Managers and regular feedback on data-calls.
• Mentor employees and provide training on cybersecurity concepts, standards, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline with 8 years of cybersecurity experience (or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAM I certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required).
