Cyber Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize a distributed team of approximately 10 specialists, including BISOs and GRC professionals, to deploy the Group's Cybersecurity Strategy.
• Translate corporate security mandates into operational excellence across various business units and geographies.
• Oversee risk assessment for both IT and OT/ICS assets, ensuring critical business processes are identified and protected.
• Drive compliance with international regulations and frameworks, including NIS2, GDPR, and IEC 62443.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating cyber risks into business language to support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning and testing.
• Foster a global security culture by developing contextualized programs for field agents, plant operators, and site directors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, ideally managing distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Practical experience with OT/ICS (Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems) environments.
• Strong knowledge of NIS2 and critical infrastructure compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel both within France and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an OIV (Operator of Vital Importance) environment.
• Ability to demonstrate "leadership without authority" to influence global business units.
• Strong pragmatic approach with a focus on action and operational credibility.
