Cyber Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CDS operations to ensure performance targets and service levels are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government program authorities
• Lead CDS-related IT and cybersecurity efforts and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Support and implement CMMI-aligned processes and Integrated Management Plans
• Identify and resolve operational risks, bottlenecks, and unclear requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity teams, ISSOs, and field personnel
• Maintain accurate project documentation, system diagrams, and risk tracking deliverables

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in IT project management (DoD, cybersecurity, or systems engineering preferred)
• Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred)
• Exposure to Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), NIST standards, or Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Ability to develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, COMSEC equipment, or inline encryption
• Strong organizational and technical problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training in Project/Operations Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience working with ISSOs or systems engineers
• Familiarity with CMMI or quality frameworks
