Cyber Engineer - Identity Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, assessment, and implementation of enterprise ICAM architectures and strategies to advance Zero Trust Architecture.
• Define strategic roadmaps and reference architectures aligned with organizational objectives and mission requirements.
• Perform organizational maturity assessments using the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model and produce prioritized remediation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including cloud, DevSecOps, and network engineering to embed Zero Trust principles into modernization efforts.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging platforms such as Okta, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
• Automate Zero Trust processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging Zero Trust trends, frameworks, and secure-by-design methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or managing large-scale technical deployments.
• Minimum of 5 years of US Federal government consulting experience.
• An active and maintained Secret security clearance.
• Deep expertise in ICAM/IAM principles, including system requirements, design, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust technology platforms (e.g., Okta, EntraID, SailPoint, or Radiant Logic).
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale architecture efforts and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or vendor-specific certs (Okta, Zscaler, CrowdStrike).
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, 800-207, RMF, and FedRAMP frameworks.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, SASE, and identity threat detection and response technologies.
