CX Talent Consultant Italian market

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for Factorial's Talent solutions.
• Advise HR leaders on performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics.
• Analyze customer needs and translate business objectives into scalable HR processes and platform configurations.
• Guide customers in adopting data-driven decision-making and digital HR workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence product evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, HR technology, or customer advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee development, and people analytics.
• Experience implementing or working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Native or near-native Italian and professional English.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand complex business challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading HR transformation or digital HR projects.
• Knowledge of the Italian HR landscape and labor market.
• Experience working with SMEs, scale-ups, or fast-growing organizations.
