About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly (WBR) and quarterly (QBR) business reviews, delivering data-backed recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency
  • Lead AI adoption initiatives across the CX organization to modernize workflows
  • Partner with Directors, Finance, and People Ops to synchronize strategic initiatives and OKRs
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights to maximize customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction (CSAT & NPS)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business operations, or supporting leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business metrics and the tech scale-up ecosystem
  • High data literacy with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies
  • Excellent executive presentation skills and ability to build data-rich slide decks
  • Advanced proficiency in G-Suite and modern AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
  • Full proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish
  • Demonstrable SQL capabilities
