CX Learning Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and objectives to design effective and results-driven learning experiences
• Create engaging, interactive, and accessible multimedia and instructional learning content
• Apply adult learning principles to design learner-centric, outcome-focused training solutions
• Integrate multimedia content and instructional materials with LMS capabilities
• Incorporate delivery methods such as e-learning, video, microlearning, and gamification
• Oversee the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Monitor learner progress, generate reports, and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into digestible materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in training, multimedia development, instructional design, and LMS administration
• Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
