CX Learning Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and objectives to design effective and results-driven learning experiences
• Create engaging, interactive, and accessible multimedia and instructional content including videos and infographics
• Apply adult learning principles to design learner-centric, outcome-focused training solutions
• Integrate multimedia content with LMS capabilities to create cohesive online learning experiences
• Oversee the management, administration, and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System (Docebo)
• Monitor learner progress, generate reports, and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into digestible materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in training, multimedia development, instructional design, and LMS administration
• Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Experience in a SaaS customer-facing setting preferred
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
