CX Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce dashboards and reports
• Collect and groom internal customer reporting requirements to develop operational solutions
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications and lead implementation
• Maintain Salesforce Support taxonomy by reviewing usage and identifying necessary updates
• Conduct technology evaluations and generate benefit-quantifying proposals
• Analyze operational process gaps, trends, and deviations to develop improvement action plans
• Produce and maintain process documentation including process maps, SOPs, and training materials
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma and other management tools to improve internal efficiencies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technology/Process Analyst, Consultant, or Developer focused on reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
