About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the Spanish market and act as their main point of contact
- Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, product updates, and ongoing support
- Drive retention by identifying churn risks and proactively resolving customer issues
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction
- Analyze portfolio performance, define action plans, and track progress against KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve the customer journey
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios
- Experience handling churn, retention, upselling, and cross-selling
- KPI-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient Spanish and professional English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, software, or payroll environments
- Previous full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
