About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Small Accounts within the Italian market.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular calls, video meetings, and proactive outreach.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize account value.
- Develop tailored account strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Guide customers on new products, features, and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian and a good level of English.
- Previous sales experience; customer support or customer success experience is highly valued.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently through phone calls, video meetings, and written interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track activities and customer interactions.
- A proactive, ambitious, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
