CWM & Franchise Business Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute franchise strategies to expand the commercial laundry business across sectors such as self-service, hospitality, and healthcare.
• Manage franchise partner performance to ensure sales targets, brand standards, and operational excellence are met.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, promotions, project sales, and channel development.
• Lead contract negotiations, franchise agreements, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with operations, service, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in franchise management, B2B sales, or the commercial equipment business.
• Proven track record in channel management, partner development, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Strong understanding of commercial laundry, industrial equipment, or franchise operations.
