Cutting Room Service Person

Responsibilities

• Support cutting room activities and assist supervisors as needed
• Review daily cutting schedules for rib knit requirements to fulfill MPOs
• Monitor perforated paper stock and schedule requirements for daily needs
• Maintain a clean and organized working area
• Assist the Quality Control Team with various tasks
• Support packing and supply management as required

Requirements

• Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is considered an asset
• Strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of measurements
• Ability to learn how to read BOMs and technical manuals
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in a manufacturing environment
• Logical thinking approach and ability to learn quickly
