Cutter Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment including cutters, drills, perforators, and padder machines
• Move work from conveyors to equipment and ensure even movement to prevent jams
• Perform required quality checks and remove finished work from equipment
• Conduct required preventative maintenance on machinery
• Clean and restock workstations to maintain an efficient production environment
• Prioritize and select jobs to maximize workflow and meet service commitments

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Mechanical ability to handle equipment and troubleshooting
• Ability to work 1st shift (6 am - 2 pm) including overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment
• Average to above average mechanical aptitude
