Customs & Excise Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Monitor customs regulatory updates and ensure their applicability to internal tools and procedures
• Support the implementation and tracking of the Pernod Ricard France customs action plan
• Manage the "Customs Representation" project, including the implementation of a single broker for export operations
• Oversee the "Preferential Origin" dossier by analyzing data and maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Provide operational support for customs and excise procedures and monitor relevant authorizations
• Propose innovative management solutions and conduct benchmarking to improve processes

Requirements

• Must hold a Master's degree in customs taxation
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to interpret complex regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal departments and external stakeholders
• Proactive and curious mindset regarding both administrative and industrial processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain management is a significant plus
• Creative approach to problem-solving and process optimization
