Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound air import shipments to ensure timely arrival and processing
- Prepare and review customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to facilitate smooth cargo release
- Check commercial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support the end-to-end customs clearance process in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance
- Proficiency in tariff classification and import documentation
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
