Responsibilities
- Support air import operations in the ORD airport area
- Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth cargo release
- Prepare and manage customs documentation and compliance paperwork
- Review commercial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support the entire customs clearance process from start to finish
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customs or trade compliance
- Proficiency in tariff classification and import documentation
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
