About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and transmit customs declarations (import/export)
- Ensure compliance of customs files (documents, nomenclature, value, origin)
- Manage specific customs regimes for petroleum products (fiscal warehouse, transit, etc.)
- Act as the interface with customs authorities
- Coordinate with field teams during vessel unloading and tanker truck loading operations
- Verify consistency between declared volumes and physical operations
- Manage documentary flows related to goods movements
- Control transport documents (BL, CMR, etc.)
- Ensure product traceability
- Participate in customs audits and controls
- Update tracking tables and reporting
Requirements
- Bac +2 to Bac +3 in customs, logistics, or international trade
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in petroleum, port, or industrial logistics environments
- Knowledge of customs regulations (Union Customs Code)
- Proficiency in customs declaration tools (DELTA or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and transport documents
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an operational/field environment
- Reactivity and priority management skills
