Customs Declarant

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs declarations and supporting documentation for various procedures, including customs warehousing, import, export, and transit
• Generate Intrastat reports
• Maintain professional communication with customs officials and clients via written and verbal channels
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding customs brokerage
• Attend and support inspection and customs examinations
• Implement processes in accordance with company policies
• Monitor and maintain advanced knowledge of customs regulations
• Perform daily operational tasks using the Brix system

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma (SSS)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Valid customs agent certification or successful completion of a professional exam
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of the Brix system
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
