Customs Declarant and Consultant Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Manage customs declarations (DAE/DSAC), movement titles, and stock accounting for Food & Beverage products including wine and spirits.
• Ensure tax compliance related to product circulation and support sales administration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customs processes and tools by reporting anomalies and providing feedback to project teams.
• Prepare training materials to help operational teams understand customs constraints and processes.
• Perform regulatory monitoring regarding customs and tax aspects to alert the company of updates.
• Support international commercial development by studying customs and tax specificities in new markets.
• Provide operational logistics support to identify and resolve anomalies in reception, control, and shipping.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 degree in Transport or Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (data extraction and tables).
• Professional level of English, specifically technical vocabulary for transport and logistics.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Rigorous, organized, and able to manage urgent situations with pragmatism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (internships or apprenticeships) in transport exploitation, warehouse logistics, or customer service/disputes.
• Interest in the wine, spirits, and fine food sector.
