About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests and queries via phone and email
  • Coordinate with departments to manage paperwork
  • Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Maintain driver files and fleet documents
  • Assist drivers with documentation and signatures on Bills of Lading
  • Prepare and process customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS)
  • Compile and review customs invoices and certificates of origin
  • Enter new orders into the system and maintain customer portals
  • Provide administrative support including reports and presentations
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports

Requirements

  • English fluency is required
  • College diploma or degree
  • Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Good time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
