About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and queries via phone and email
- Coordinate with departments to manage paperwork
- Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Maintain driver files and fleet documents
- Assist drivers with documentation and signatures on Bills of Lading
- Prepare and process customs documentation (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS)
- Compile and review customs invoices and certificates of origin
- Enter new orders into the system and maintain customer portals
- Provide administrative support including reports and presentations
- Prepare and submit weekly reports
Requirements
- English fluency is required
- College diploma or degree
- Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Good time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
